National and Global Framework The Climate Change and Energy Program of WWF-Philippines work within the national and global framework on climate change and energy. At the national level, the program engages with the Philippine Climate Change Commission on policy works. The National Climate Change Action Plan is underway through a series of national workshops and cluster group meetings e.g. finance, sustainable energy. The draft of the action plan is targeted to be submitted to President Benigno Aquino III at the end of April 2011 for review and approval. |
