WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

  • Inside WWF: Communications Unit, Project Managers, Other WWF staff and units as appropriate
  • Outside WWF: LGUs, NGAs and other external partners for Earth Hour 2025

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Head of Communications in coordinating with LGUs, NGAs, and partner organizations for Earth Hour 2025, while providing comprehensive support for all social mobilization activities.
  • Draft emails, newsletters, reports, and other pertinent written communication outputs for Earth Hour 2024 that the Communications Unit will edit and/or vet and eventually approve.
  • Help ensure that the database of partners is up to date and reports to immediate supervisor progress and updates from coordinating with partners.
  • Attend meetings with the Head of Communications, both virtual and in-person, as necessary.
  • Support the documentation of events by maintaining detailed records of all initiatives from social mobilization partners. This includes organizing pre-event preparations, capturing key activities during events, and assisting in the production of comprehensive post-event reports to ensure accurate tracking and impact assessment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Student of Development Studies, Political Science, International Studies, Mass Communications, Journalism, Broadcast Communication, or any related courses from reputable schools 
  • Letter of Intent signed by the school and/or parental consent (for minors)
